We are seeking energetic and target-driven Telesales Agents to join our expanding Forex brokerage in Ajman. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or advance your career in the financial markets, with attractive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients to introduce Forex trading opportunities
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into active trading accounts
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPls)
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM
- Follow up with existing leads and nurture client relationships
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Additional languages are a plus)
- Strong phone etiquette and confident speaking ability
- Basic understanding of financial markets (Training will be provided)
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets
- Proficient in computer applications and familiar with MS
Office
- Preference given to UAE residents

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
- 9 AM to 6 PM
