We are seeking a

results-driven Tele Sales Executive

to manage

course admissions

for our training institute. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and skilled in converting inquiries into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities:

Contact

organic leads provided by the institute

(no cold calling) Clearly explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission procedures Build strong rapport with prospective students over the phone Follow up consistently and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions Achieve and maintain a

minimum 25% conversion from total leads provided

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM Meet daily and monthly calling and admission targets
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive (any sector)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems

Candidate must be on a valid personal visa
