Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote real estate projects Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments for the sales team Provide accurate information about properties, prices, and project details Maintain and update client databases Follow up with clients to ensure high conversion rates Meet daily and monthly call targets set by management
Requirements:
Previous telesales or customer service experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong spoken English skills
Confident phone communication and persuasive selling ability Ability to handle high call volumes professionally Basic knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus Ability to work under pressure and achieve targetsJob Type: Full-time
