Job description:
A Telemarketer, or Telesales Representative, is responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to sell products & make leads. Their duties include explaining the benefits of their products and generating meetings.
A Telemarketer's daily duties focus primarily on convincing the person they call to buy a product. The duties and responsibilities for a Telemarketer are:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
Book meetings with potential clients.
Explain product features, benefits, and prices clearly.
Handle customer questions and provide correct information.
Keep records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Respect customer requests about future contact.
Call back past customers to explore new sales opportunities.
Work towards daily and monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
Previous telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
