Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Tele sales
to join our friendly team. This role is purely tele calling and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, promoting services over the phone, and achieving sales goals in a supportive work environment.Job Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential students or parents. Explain ourmusic and dance classes
(Guitar, Piano, Drums, Keyboard, Dance) clearly and confidently. Promote the benefits of learning performing arts and answer any queries. Achievedaily and monthly enrollment targets
. Maintaincall records
and updateExcel sheets
regularly. Providefriendly and professional customer service
on every call.Requirements:
Strong communication skills. Must speak English fluently. Basic computer knowledge, good knowledge of Excel is required. Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Previous telemarketing or tele sales experience is an advantage.
