Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide consultations about hair transplant procedures. Understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatment options. Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic growth. Coordinate with the medical team to ensure accurate information is provided to clients. Maintain organized records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in hair transplant tele-sales or cosmetic/medical sales. Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients remotely. Professional, confident, and customer?focused. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
