Job Description

Who We're Looking For:-A confident, self-motivated telesales executive with

3 to 6 months of experience

in outbound calling or telesales. Someone who knows how to engage leads, handle objections, and convert interest into sales or is willing to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided or self-generated leads Pitch products/services clearly and effectively Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:

At least 3 month of experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, or call center environment Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center tools Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player
