Key Responsibilities:
Make
100+ outbound calls daily
to potential and existing patients.
Clearly explain the benefits of
Unani (herbal) treatments
in a friendly and persuasive manner.
Convert inquiries into
consultations or product sales
.
Handle follow-ups to ensure
successful conversions and repeat patients
.
Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and feedback in the
CRM system
.
Support onboarding of new patients and assist in customer retention.
Candidate Requirements:
Languages:
Fluent in
Urdu and Hindi
(Basic English is an advantage).
Education:
No graduation required
- high school pass with confidence are welcome.
Experience:
1-3 years in
Telecalling, Call Center, or Customer Service
roles preferred.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Personality:
Polite, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in communication.
Visa:
Own visa or spouse visa
holders will be given preference.
