Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
