We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic
Telesales
to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting Dubai projects, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings for Sales Manager. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective buyers, investors to promote real estate projects and investment opportunities.
Introduce the company's portfolio of properties (off-plan and secondary) and explain project details clearly and persuasively.
Qualify potential leads by understanding client requirements, preferences, and investment goals.
Maintain an updated database of all leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets, as well as conversion goals set by the manager.
Collaborate closely with the sales agents and marketing department to ensure smooth communication and efficient lead handling.
Stay informed about current real estate market trends, project launches, and developer updates.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every client interaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of
1-2 years of experience in telesales
, preferably within the
real estate industry
.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or French will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
