Job Purpose


The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's CFD (Contracts for Difference) trading products and services to prospective clients. The role involves identifying leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring clients are educated about financial instruments and trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, networking, and online campaigns. Explain CFD trading products, platforms, and account types to potential clients. Onboard new clients, assist with account opening, and guide them. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on client needs and preferences. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and international trading standards.

Requirements



Proven sales experience, ideally within financial services, forex, or CFD trading. Strong understanding of CFDs, forex, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
