We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product/service information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Requirements
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong sales and target-driven mindset.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in Dubai/UAE market is an advantage.
