Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Initiate calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services and generate sales leads.

Inbound Support:

Handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about product details, updates, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the relevant departments for service improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
