Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Dubai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting products or services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining records of customer interactions. This role also involves identifying and resolving customer issues, following up on previous interactions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a tele-sales or Telemarketing role.
Experience in Sales and the ability to meet sales targets
Previously worked in Financial sector for investment / Financial products.
Should be able to understand the customer goal and requirement inorder to cater the appropriate products and services.
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and articulate messages clearly
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in any field
Preferred Female.
