Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, sales, and communication activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the firm's legal services Generate and qualify leads, and schedule consultations Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions Provide excellent customer service and follow-up Meet assigned targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:

Excellent English Commuication skills, Arabic & Urdu/Hindi preferred. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service in the home country, UAE experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable and professional demeanor Bachelors or equivalent degree. Must based in UAE Females preferred
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,500 - 3500 per month Other benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
