Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Telesales Representative

to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services. Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer details, and sales. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Handle customer objections professionally and turn them into opportunities. Work collaboratively with team members and report progress to the Sales Manager.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
