We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a vital role in boosting revenue by actively engaging with potential clients and promoting our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer solutions and close sales.
Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections or queries in a professional manner.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, features, and benefits.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a sales environment.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Telesales (Real Estate)
Fluency in English , Hindi/Urdu
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
