!Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products and services clearly and convincingly over the phone. Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain a detailed record of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Proficiency inany one of the following languages
is a strong advantage:Malayalam or Tamil
. High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Strong negotiation and closing skills.Minimum 6 months of experience in customer care or a related sales domain
(preferred). Must be able tojoin immediately
