Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers.
Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
Record customer information and update lead status in CRM systems.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Handle objections and rejections professionally and positively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately present and promote offerings.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection laws.
