Roles & Responsibilities:
The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing exceptional customer service and support, and making sales.
The Telesales Executive will also maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant property recommendations
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and present real estate properties for sale
Follow a structured sales script and objection handling process to convert leads into sales
Identify and understand the needs of potential clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
Provide accurate information about the properties, including specifications, pricing, and location
Record and maintain accurate records of all calls, including client information and feedback
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
1+ year of experience
in tele sales, preferably in real estate or luxury sales.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in English, additional language is on added advantage.
Proven experience as a Tele sales Agent, preferably in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
Results oriented mindset and ability to work towards sales targets.
Persistence and ability to handle rejection
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
