Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
Explain immigration services clearly and confidently.
Build rapport and guide clients through the consultation process.
Maintain updated records of calls and client information.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling or telesales (preferably in immigration, real estate, or travel and tourism).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
