Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce
real estate properties and investment opportunities

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings with the sales team.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through
follow-up calls, emails, and messages
.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects.
Meet and exceed
weekly and monthly sales targets
.
Stay updated on
market trends, property prices, and competitor activities
.
Requirements:
Proven experience
in tele sales, call center sales, or a similar role.
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
.
Ability to handle
client objections and close deals
effectively.
Self-motivated with a
target-driven attitude
.
Knowledge of
CRM systems and real estate market trends
is an advantage.
Fluency in
English
is required; additional languages are a plus.
