KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to the company\'s real estate offerings and services. *Built and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by sourcing new prospects through various channels. *Provide accurate and up -to-date information about properties, pricing, payments plan, and any relevant details to potential clients. *Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. *Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture and guide prospects through the sales funnel. *Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transaction of leads and information *Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of the properties and addressing clients\' concerns. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: * Minimum 1-2 years of tele sales experience in real estate in UAE. *strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients over the phone. *Exceptional negotiations and persuasion skills to convert leads into clients. *Fluency in english and arabic Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
