As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate Sales Manager to lead our sales team toward remarkable achievements in both personal and collective sales targets. Position: Sales Manager - Shipping & Logistics (Individual & Group Target) Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time Eligibility / Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent. Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated job related experience in the Freight forwarding industry.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to excel individually and collectively.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Set clear individual and group sales targets, regularly tracking progress and providing guidance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align lead generation efforts.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, keeping abreast of industry trends.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Guide negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Analyse sales performance data to extract insights and enhance sales approaches.
- Provide regular comprehensive reports on team and individual achievements to senior management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficient in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- UAE driving license.
- Proven track record as a successful sales leader within the Shipping & Logistics sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for relationship-building.
- Strong leadership skills, inspiring and guiding team members to their fullest potential.
- Strategic mindset with a knack for data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
- Deep understanding of the Shipping & Logistics industry, including trends and challenges.
