Requirement:
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in telesales
- Should have previous experience in real estate industry
- Bilingual candidates highly preferred
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
- Initiate outbound calls to potential property sellers.
- Highlight the benefits of listing properties with our company.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for a unified approach.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and property details.
- Use persuasive skills to overcome objections and concerns.
- Contribute to the growth of our property listing division.
