We are looking for a motivated Telesales cum Sales Representative to join our team at Orbit Training Center. In this role, you will drive enrollments for our diverse training programs through outbound calls, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Orbit's training programs (e.g., IT certifications, graphic design, language courses). Explain course details, benefits, and pricing using provided scripts to persuade potential students. Identify client needs and recommend suitable training programs to meet their career goals. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and enrollments in CRM software. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and secure course registrations. Address client inquiries, resolve objections, and ensure a positive customer experience. Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the center's growth objectives. Provide feedback to improve sales strategies and course offerings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. [Optional: 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome]. Fluent in English; proficiency in [e.g., Malyalam, Hindi, or other languages] is an advantage. Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and telephone systems is preferred. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Basic proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
