Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and confident
Tele Sales Executive
to join our real estate agency. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, presenting real estate offerings, and converting prospects into appointments or sales. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients interested in real estate properties
Qualify leads and understand client needs (budget, location, purpose, timeline)
Present property options clearly and professionally over the phone
Schedule viewings and meetings with the sales/brokerage team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Stay updated on available listings, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
Proven experience in
tele sales, call center, or real estate sales
(preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections
Target-driven mindset with a hunger to close deals
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call management tools
Fluency in
English
(Arabic is a strong plus)
