Job Description

Midas Dubai is a well-established boutique real estate agency with over 15 years of experience in delivering premium property services across the UAE. Known for our personalized approach and deep market expertise, we're expanding our dynamic team!

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated

Telesales Agent

with proven experience in Dubai real estate market to join our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants Promote residential and off-plan properties across key Dubai areas Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property consultants Maintain and update the CRM with call logs and follow-ups Consistently meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls and conversions

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in Dubai's real estate market Familiarity with areas such as Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai Hills, etc. is an advantage Strong English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a bonus) Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality Must be currently based in Dubai with knowledge of market trends Female candidates only

What We Offer:



Basic salary:

AED 2,000 - 3,000
