Telesales Agents
who can connect with property owners, buyers, and investors to generate quality leads and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outbound calls to property owners and buyers regarding secondary market opportunities.
Generate leads for listings, viewings, and resale transactions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing accurate information and professional assistance.
Update and manage client records through the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales agents to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, listings, and client conversions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales/telemarketing (real estate experience preferred, especially in secondary market).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent personality.
Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
