Telesales Agent
to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, handling client inquiries, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales and leasing departments through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote property listings and company services
Qualify and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options from the company portfolio
Schedule and coordinate property viewings for the sales and leasing teams
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about current listings, new projects, and market trends
Update and manage client records in the CRM system accurately
Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction
Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and successful conversions
Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and follow-up
Core Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle client objections effectively
Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude toward achieving results
Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in
telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales
, preferably in the
real estate industry
Familiarity with
CRM systems
, lead tracking, and online marketing tools
Strong understanding of the
Abu Dhabi property market
is an advantage
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is a plus)
Professional phone etiquette and confident communication style
