TELESALES (Females preferred) RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract length: 24 months Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
- Calling potential lead clients generating sales.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable project
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Identify and escalate priority issues with the concerned department head
- Provide detailed information about the projects
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship, providing excellent customer service with the client over the phone
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions following up as needed.
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in other languages is a huge plus
- Freshers are welcome, proven telesales experience is a plus.
- Should be dynamic, energetic, aggressive, and goal driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmen
