We are hiring
2 motivated Telesales Agents
to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team focused on off-plan property investments. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of real estate investment benefits, and the ability to influence over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective investors and buyers
Introduce off-plan real estate projects and generate interest
Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales agents
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads
Support the sales pipeline through consistent outreach
Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales, real estate, or telemarketing is a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable speaking with clients from various backgrounds
Basic knowledge of UAE real estate (preferred)
Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus
