We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, promoting our services, and generating leads for our sales agents. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for marketing and a proven track record in tele sales. The selected candidate will receive Basic Salary of AED 3000 AED + Commission Salary up to 30.000 AED Monthly, we are providing - Health Insurance - Resident Visa - Flight Ticket to your home country, 1 ticket per year. -Yearly Bonus -Company Phone and Laptop -Basic Salary + Commision UP to 30.000 AED Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases to discuss real estate services and assess their needs.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and understanding of client requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the current market trends to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls, providing updates on available properties, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for interested clients with our agents for consultations.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and client acquisition.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and providing accurate information.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Comfortable with handling objections and rejections.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if necessary.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other telecommunication tools. Basic computer skills required.
Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate market trends, terminology, and processes is a plus.
