Primary Functions: \xe2\x97\x8f Generate and qualify leads through cold calling. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage leads by tracking and following up on them thoroughly. \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet. \xe2\x97\x8f Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with the development plan. \xe2\x97\x8f Work with affiliate sales team to cross-generate leads. \xe2\x97\x8f Identifies business opportunities by establishing the contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options. \xe2\x97\x8f Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers. \xe2\x97\x8f Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. \xe2\x97\x8f Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services. \xe2\x97\x8f Update CRM reports on daily basis. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls, leads and meeting. \xe2\x97\x8f Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide excellent customer service. \xe2\x97\x8f Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. \xe2\x97\x8f Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any related fields

• 2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage

• Proficient in English

• Technically independent with good initiative

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Hands-on and a positive attitude

• Team player, with a high level of energy and able to work independently

• Able work under pressure, coordination skill, multi-tasking, service-minded.

• Initiative for problem solving.

• Good personality and good follow up.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
