Address individual guest needs and requests promptly and effectively.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
Exhibit a friendly and attentive attitude in all guest interactions.
Guest Reservations:
Handle phone and reservation inquiries with proper etiquette.
Accurately describe hotel features, quote rates, and process reservations.
