We are looking for a

motivated Telesales Executive

who is confident on the phone and preferably familiar with the

construction / interior / fit-out industry

.

This role is ideal for someone who wants a

stable salary + high commission potential

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary:

AED 2,000

Commission:

- 2% for small projects / 4% for medium projects / 6% for large, high-effort projects

Extra monthly bonus

for hitting set targets and closing confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (developers, companies, landlords, brokers, schools, offices, etc.) Introduce KN Spaceworks' services (design, fit-out, renovation, permits) Generate qualified leads and set meetings/site visits Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email Maintain and update lead records Coordinate with management and technical team Support closing of deals and long-term client relationships

Requirements:

Prior experience in

telesales, telemarketing, or sales

(construction/fit-out knowledge is a BIG advantage) Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone Good communication skills in

English

(Arabic is a plus)

Basic understanding

of construction / interiors / fit-out is preferred Target-driven and commission-motivated Able to work independently and follow up consistently
