: We are looking for a courteous and efficient Telephone Operator to join our team. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing calls, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and providing accurate information to callers. Responsibilities:
? Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
? Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
? Provide accurate information to callers regarding services and inquiries.
? Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to appropriate staff when necessary.
? Maintain a log of all calls and ensure accurate documentation.
? Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling.
? Ensure that the telephone equipment is functioning properly and report any issues.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
? Proficiency in using telephone equipment and computer systems.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Friendly and professional demeanor.
