Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and take food orders. Provide menu details and promote offers. Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams. Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (
MALAYALAM or TAMIL
required). Basic computer knowledge. Previous restaurant or call-handling experience preferred. Flexible to work shifts and weekends.Job Type: Full-time
