We are looking for a female telephone operator.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering Incoming Calls
Appointment Scheduling
Handling Inquiries
Relaying Messages
Internal Communication
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a telephone operator or in a customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Familiarity with medical terminology and clinic procedures is beneficial.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using phone systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
