Job Description

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, visa services, and holiday deals. Handle customer inquiries, deliver expert travel advice, and recommend the best travel solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Achieve individual sales targets and support overall revenue growth. Coordinate with suppliers and travel partners to ensure accurate bookings and confirmations. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and manage cold calling effectively. As a Female Telephone Operator, provide professional phone support and manage customer inquiries efficiently. Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Open to female candidates only. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, with proficiency in at least one additional language: Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, or Tagalog. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Previous experience as a telephone operator. Demonstrated ability to make outbound and cold calls effectively. Passionate about the travel industry with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Ability to perform well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
