As a Teleperformance Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Sales team, responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting our services/products to meet sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the sales process and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. You will use your sales expertise to understand customer needs, address any concerns they may have, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate new sales opportunities.
Display exceptional product and service knowledge, taking pride in the company you always work for and our product and service.
Qualify leads and follow up on warm leads provided by marketing efforts
Conduct product/service demonstrations to prospective clients, explaining features and benefits
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales target.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder (Preferred in Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, but not mandatory).
Possess a proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in sales environments such as (Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Banking, Travel and Tourism).
