Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients in Dubai and international markets. Promote and present our services/products professionally. Generate leads and set qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate client information and call records. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call center roles (UAE experience is an advantage). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog is a plus). Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
