West Avenue Services is urgently looking for a confident and results-driven
Telemarketing Representative
to join our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills inHindi and English
, along with proven experience inoutbound calling
,telemarketing
, orBPO sales
environments.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company Present and explain our services to prospective clients Schedule appointments for the sales team Maintain and update call records in the CRM system Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets Handle client inquiries and objections professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling roles Strong verbal communication skills in
English , Hindi , Tagalog .
Ability to remain motivated and resilient in the face of rejection Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Minimum2 years of relevant experience
in telemarketing, BPO, or sales support rolesWhy Join Us?
