Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Telesales / Inside Sales Executive
to promote our healthcare services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads Explain our home care services (doctor on call, nursing, IV therapy, etc.) clearly and professionally Convert inquiries into appointments or service bookings Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email Maintain CRM records and daily call logs Collaborate with the operations and business development team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in healthcare or services sector) Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident, energetic, and persuasive on the phone Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business) Based in or willing to relocate to
Ras Al Khaimah
