Key Responsibilities:

Maintain CRM records and daily call logs
Collaborate with the operations and business development team
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in healthcare or services sector)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, energetic, and persuasive on the phone
Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
