Job Overview: As a Tele Executive at West Avenue, you will play a vital role by generating leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a steady flow of qualified appointments for the sales team, ultimately maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate Leads & Schedule Appointments: Reach out to potential customers, introduce products/services, and secure appointments for the sales team.
Maximize Appointment Scheduling: Strive to schedule as many appointments as possible each month to maintain consistent sales momentum.
Ensure Quality of Appointments: Provide high-quality leads and appointments that align with the sales team's needs to increase the probability of sales closures.
Achieve Sales Targets: Contribute directly to sales by ensuring appointments are made with the right prospects.
Weekly & Monthly Reporting: Submit accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports to the Telemarketing Supervisor to track performance and results.
Language Preference:
English / Hindi
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Telemarketing, Tele sales, or outbound voice process, preferably in insurance or a similar background.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are a must. Knowledge of Tagalog is advantageous.
Pleasing personality with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary: AED 3,500/- to 4,500/- Per month + Incentives
