Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Arabic-speaking Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling customers to follow up on bookings, confirm attendance, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a strong background in telemarketing and a passion for helping customers, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on bookings and confirm attendance for appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Assist in the development and execution of telemarketing campaigns to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our services and offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and company goals by meeting or exceeding individual performance targets.
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Fluency in Arabic is a must; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferably HubSpot CRM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Availability to start immediately.
