Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Telemarketing Manager
to lead a telemarketing-based delegate acquisition campaign. This high-impact temporary role will be instrumental in driving delegate registrations through direct outreach.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the telemarketing campaign strategy and daily operations Manage and coach a team of two Sales Executives for high performance Track key sales metrics and report weekly results to stakeholders Coordinate cross-functionally, oversee CRM accuracy, and handle lead escalations
Requirements:
5+ years of experience B2B sales or delegate acquisition campaigns, ideally for large-scale events or conferences Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Understanding of CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and performance metrics Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to engage confidently with senior professionals and C-suite audiences Comfortable working in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment
