Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, articulate, and target-driven

Female Telemarketing Executive

to generate leads and book appointments for our range of high-quality cleaning and facilities management services (e.g., residential deep cleaning, commercial contracts, specialized cleaning). The ideal candidate will have a persuasive phone manner, be resilient to rejection, and be motivated to achieve sales goals while representing our brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Cold Calling:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients (residential and commercial leads) to introduce the company's cleaning services.

Sales Pitch & Persuasion:

Effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our specific cleaning services (e.g., eco-friendly products, professional staff, customizable packages).

Qualify Leads:

Ask targeted questions to understand the prospect's current cleaning needs, size of the property, budget, and timeline to qualify them as a sales opportunity.

Appointment Setting:

Secure solid appointments or follow-up meetings for the Sales Team with qualified leads.

Objection Handling:

Professionally and convincingly handle customer queries, doubts, and objections (e.g., price sensitivity, existing provider loyalty).

Database Management:

Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, feedback, and scheduled follow-ups.

Target Achievement:

Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, leads generated, and appointments booked.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on company service offerings, pricing structures, and competitor activities to tailor conversations effectively.

Compliance:

Adhere to all company policies and UAE telemarketing regulations (e.g., permitted calling hours, professional conduct).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Gender & Age:

Female (as specified by the client).

Experience:

Proven experience (minimum 6 months to 1 year preferred) in Telemarketing, Telesales, or a Call Center environment, ideally within a service-based industry (cleaning, facilities management, or similar).

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear, engaging, and professional phone etiquette.

Persuasion:

Strong negotiation, sales, and persuasive abilities.

IT Skills:

Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.

Attitude:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
