Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic

Telemarketing Executive

(Male or Female) to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the

Interior Fit-Out

domain. The ideal candidate with a strong sales-oriented mindset, excellent verbal skills, and experience in cold-calling and lead qualification within the B2B construction/interiors sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to potential B2B clients (e.g., businesses, property managers, real estate firms) to generate leads for interior fit-out services.

Appointment Setting:

Qualify leads and successfully set up physical meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.

Database Management:

Maintain and update a detailed database of contacts, call results, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Market Knowledge:

Understand our company's fit-out services and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

Reporting:

Provide daily and weekly reports on calling activity, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Candidate Requirements

Industry Background:

Prior experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably within the

Fit-Out, Interior Design, or Construction

sectors in the UAE.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills. Must be articulate, persuasive, and resilient when dealing with gatekeepers and decision-makers.

Language:

Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.

Compensation:

Must be comfortable with the salary package of

AED 2,500 - 3,000
