Job Description
Make
outbound calls
to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.Generate and qualify leads
to support the sales team. Handleinbound calls and customer inquiries
professionally and courteously.Explain product features
, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.Schedule meetings or follow-ups
for the field sales team. Maintain and updatecustomer databases / CRM
with accurate details. Follow up on leads to ensureconversion and customer satisfaction
. Achievedaily, weekly, and monthly targets
assigned by the management. Prepare and submitcall reports and performance updates
. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve calling scripts and lead generation campaigns.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
